Since 2008 Castillo Food Delivery service has offered fast, friendly delivery service from many of the best restaurants in Chicago. We strive to staff the most professional, courteous delivery drivers around. Our quality service gives the customer only the best service money can buy. Our drivers are provided with the proper delivery tools to deliver your food hot!
Our core values, passion and consistent dedication to each of our customers have helped us expand to serve over 120 restaurants in Chicago. Averaging about 5000 deliveries a week. Our management staff consists of seasoned individuals with over 25 years of experience, and adapt to any situation that may arise in the delivery process.
How it Works
We offer customers their favorite Chicago restaurants delivered right to their door. Our partner restaurants agree to a month-to-month service agreement for a flat fee. It could not be any easier!
1. A customer places an order for delivery with one of our partner restaurants by phone or an online order through grubhub, seamless, or any other online ordering website.
2. Our partner restaurant calls our dispatch.
3. One of our professional, courteous drivers picks up the order and delivers it to the customer.
Forms of payment for orders placed:
1. For cash orders, the drivers pay the full amount minus the delivery fee.
2. For credit card orders, the drivers shall return to restaurant before closing to turn in receipts
3. For prepaid online orders, the drivers will receive delivery fees and tips prior to leaving restaurant.
Delivery Time
Although delivery time varies from restaurant to restaurant, our delivery service competes to deliver in a timely manner, usually between 45-60 minutes. On weekends, the restaurants are usually very busy, so we advise to please allow for extra time for delivery.
